Re: Vlog - Motorcyclist Death Caused By Off Duty Police On P

I knew the girl and there was a motorcyclist behind the guy who got hit, that was my dad lol..

It was big news where I live, all over the news.. She was a community officer and yes the phone was in her lap. I think she should have got in more trouble than she did, but hey, the police will stick up for their own. She quit the day after the inquest finished

Not even a real police officer.

She killed someone will doing something that is clearly stupid and illegal and she was let off.

In this article there is a photo of her walking to Bournemouth Coroner's Court while smiling.

What an absolute disgrace. There is no justice here.

Re: Vlog - Motorcyclist Death Caused By Off Duty Police On P

I'm guna do a video of this part of the road this weekend.. She was in the major wrong for having the phone out, he was over taking at a bad point in the road..

She was doing the phone thing which is illegal and has been let off, she should have been in alot more trouble than she got.. He was in a bad spot and it's unfortunate.. My dad was shaken up after, if the guy wasnt infront of him, it would have been my Dad, and when we went on a police safety ride after this happened (Cause it knocked his confidence and wanted to brush away any bad habits) the police said it was a bad place to over take to be fair.. And I remember when I did my CBT and my lisence lessons, I was always told to never over take at a junction, cause they are dangerous

Re: Vlog - Motorcyclist Death Caused By Off Duty Police On P

All I can say is that my accident was caused by someone not looking [properly], not by a mobile phone or other reasons, just purely and simply lack of observational skills. the driver was prosecuted by the cps with driving without due care, received 7 points, £365 in fines and cost.

if she was any to blame the minimum she should get is dwdca or death by careless driving

Re: Vlog - Motorcyclist Death Caused By Off Duty Police On P

So now every cager who gets into an accident, because they were talking on the phone, can use this excuse. And unless there are witnesses who saw them holding the phone, then they will also get away with it.
