I just keep doing my Karate more consistently. I first started in 1980 from 1980 to 1987 I was at min. 3 times a week practicing. 1987 - 1990 went down to, on average, twice a month. 1990 - 1994 back up, a little, to once a week. 1994 - 1997 complete stoppage, not a kick, not a punch, not a block. 1998 - 2004 Maybe back up to twice a month. 2004 - 2010 back up to about once a week. 2010 to present I'd say about twice a week, sometimes I'd do 3, 4, 5, days in a row now. but the averages don't add up to good for a 4 years period...What I'd like to do is back to 3 times a week average...I'd lose 50 lbs in 6-9 months....
