Rant Still No Wheels ...and You Have To See My Face (sorry)

A light hearted rant on customer service ..it may escalate in the coming days because they were supposed to pick my bike up before midday today (25th april) its nearly 11am an still no sign of them ...any way here it is

Buddy of mine recently had a cam chain go on his BMW wasser boxer 1200 G-normous just outside of warranty and BMW is giving him a whole new motor at no cost. Now that's service.
