So... What About Your Dream Bike?

Tash

Neophyte
oh, hey there.
those are some nice shoes, man.
nice of you to join me.

Why don't you sit down and tell me about your dream bike?
-What is it?
-Do you own it? Why not? If yes, when did you get it?
-What is is about it that makes you have wet dreams over it?
-Is there anything out would change about it?

I swear down, that each and one of us here has the bike of our dreams.

I'm one to want waaaaay to many bikes (probably one for each day of the month), but the object of my desires is this currently:

Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide Sport

It's just such an awesome canvas to make it into my own murdered out machine.
The neighbours probably won't love me for it's roar... but who gives a damn.

Imagine this with a tank lift, 1/4 fairing, blacked out wheels, slammer shocks...

I've always wanted a Triumph Daytona 675. The styling, the performance, the sound of the 3-cylinder ... it all just works so well for me. Plus, the general quirkiness of a British bike is interesting. I still plan to get one eventually. I just need finances to work out. I'd likely just do basic mods ... rear fender delete, levers, exhaust.

Ducati Panigale 1299. Because, chicks. Also the real dream is being able to afford the maintenance not so much about the bike price. LoL.

I hate the way that a co-workers tiger sounds. he brought it new this year. It has that disgusting whistle constantly going in my ear when he fires it up.
I never really got the appeal of triumphs, although their retro styled range is very pretty.

yes, I agree.

I have absolutely no idea what this is, but from that picture I can deduct that it is a lot of ffffuuuunnnn.

I'm beginning to like the look of ducatis more and more, but holy shit, they look like the most uncomfortable thing ever. Ducati tax is a big turn off too, but being able to afford it would be nice indeed....

This is too hard a question man! I have quite a few to be honest, and they're in different categories. An R6 and Daytona 675R in the Supersport section. A Fireblade and a ZX-10R, maybe even an R1M, in the Superbike section. A Multistrada or Triumph Explorer in the Adventurer Tourer section. I want a supermoto, though I don't know many to have a dream bike in this section. A Nightrod in the cruiser section. A GSXS-1000 in the Naked section.

Do I own them! HELL YEA....No. I don't. *cries in a corner*

I like the R6 because it looks so freakin' evil. The Daytona for the way it sounds and the spec. The Fireblade because it's a Honda. The 2015 ZX-10R because I heard it with an SC Project exhaust and I loved it. Plus I love how sharp it looks. The R1M for how alien and future a machine it is. A Multistrada for the way it performs and the Explorer for the rugged look. Nightrod for it's truck sized rear tire. The GSXS-1000 for everything in it.

Changes? Probably just the exhaust of the ZX-10R. I like them stock. :D

all this uncertainty and inability to make a decision.

You're my kind of guy, I know what it feels like.
Worst thing is, I want a few of the same bike in different colour coordinations....
That's when this perversion gets extreme.

ZX10R all day long, but I don't have as I wouldn't get the most out of it.

I commute therefore I am, a ZX10R would be waay too much power for what I'd use it for 95% of the time.

MV Agusta F3 675. Just need some of the $$$ first.
They went bankrupt now too, right?
MV looks interesting, especially when they have those weird front suspension things.
I like the triple exhaust baffle.

get a hoss boss v8, it's the only true option for commuting.

Think the BMW NineT 1200 is my dream bike. Just can't get it out of my head. Checked it out on the car show recently and it was love at first sight.:)
