So I Want To Start Vlogging.

I want to try to duelvlog with my wife. does anyone know a method i could try so i can do this?
You can use a BT intercom like a Chatterbox, Cardo or Sena for starters or use a cellphone call as the intercom talking on a headset (cheap voice plan required).
Get yourself a camera and mic setup, get her a camera and mic setup. Call her on your phone, sync the cameras and start vlogging.

You're getting two separate video tracks from each camera to edit.
The audio path is: Low quality intercom is used ONLY live so you can hear what the other vlogger is saying. NOTHING in this low quality path is used on the final video. It is useless audio, don't bother trying to record the intercom.
On the final video you will use the high quality audio recording from the cameras, you end up with two audio tracks, mix them so you can hear both people talk and then chop/edit the video.

Shirou is right on the money. Always shoot the highest you can & at the highest FPS you need.
If you plan on doing any slo-mo 60fps and whatever the highest res you can shoot that at will be the best.

Well, not necessarily. If riding at night, 720@60FPS will give you uselessly dark footage so you should pick wisely.
To avoid surprises, I now defaulted to 1080@30FPS, "night mode ON" for everything. It gives good enough results for the day and excellent at night with a wide enough angle. Other settings change the lens angle, narrowing it down or they scan too fast to let enough light hit the sensor. Because I work nearly all day, I do a lot of vlogs at night.
