Crash bobbins, boet! :o

At least it was a slow one. Did the EXACT same thing first time I took out my 600, but I got caught out on a driveway trying to pop a quick u-turn. Bobbins saved me (just bent a bit)

It's really difficult as when you look to get them they are 150 quid plus and I know everyone will say well the damage that has been caused will be more etc but I guess it is all a calculated or miscalculated risk this time.

Oh yes those 'Embarrising' moments.
That 'Point of no return' type drop, no matter how hard u think youll save it, NO, the gremlins WANT it down!
On a group ride (large one) i had to move my bike, one side of the road to the other, so i did it 'all cocky' and did it side-saddle.
Well, yes halfway, same as you 'Clunk'. The embarrisment of doin it infront of all those people was worse than the damage

Just replace Mot stuff, leave the scratchs for a reminder+War story? Or until some cager knocks u off, claim it on his insurance lol.
