Or, at least, seriously injuring him. He rode across the path of traffic with no care. Most people I see just hit the accelerator as soon as they see the lights change. Any of those people would have hit this guy. That is why the Highway Code (Rule 159) says you should do a final check around you before setting off. That check may have saved this guys life. I hope he realises it!
