Hello Everyone! My name is Mike but I have been called Skwirl (squirrel) since I was 3. When I was 17 I had a crazy dream of buying a CBR600 and riding it around the world. Unfortunately it never happened but now I am about to make it a reality. I am getting a new BMW F800 and plan to ride it as far as I can. I was down at the dealership last week and found my bike. I have been riding since I was 3 years old. My first motorbike was a ScatBat. I tore up the fields with that little bad ass. I never did get over the two wheel fever. My experience on the paved road is really limited since I spent way to much time on the dirt and back roads. I want to spend more time on the pavement and explore but I have to find time for the dirt as well hence the Adventure bike.
I am here to learn and bounce ideas off experienced Motovloggers so that I can produce a fun and entertaining bunch of videos for the world to laugh at me about. I cant wait. My plan is to begin my journey in one year. So I have a year to squirrel away some cash and equipment. A year to learn how to use my equipment properly and a year to plan my adventures.
I am glad to be a part of this forum. I might not be able to post much but i will try.
