Hello from Czech Republic, long time no see!
This is my first test of cheap Chinese camera SJ4000. The camera is placed in waterproof case and mounted on GoPro-like chest harness mount. The audio is default and white balance setup is set at "Cloudy". Later I found out the "Cloudy" gives more orange-yellow tinted look while "Auto" and "Daylight" are more blue-ish. After some research I found out the best output is given by "Tungsten" option so I will try it next time. Perhaps I should do a complete color balance test?
My old Drift HD170 Stealth is probably waving me goodbyes. Sometimes it records completely pink-colored footage, sometimes the sound is completely off and sometimes the file is not properly saved and becomes corrupted. Because I want to keep recording some of my rides and my budget is now limited (mortgage, health-care,...), I decided to buy this cheapy camera. The results were realy surprising for me, especially when I consider the amount of money spent.
And don't forget, 1080p is your friend!
