General Sitting Vs Standing While Riding

After a recent flare-up in debate about sitting vs standing while riding off-tar, I decided to make a video explaining my views on the topic and my personal preference. A more serious vlog from my side, probably not something I'll do again

Good points there, I tend to just switch between standing and sitting all the time when I ride on dirt roads. Committing to either is silly, mix it up and do what suits the road/terrain.
