Show me your commute to work

Hey Guys,

I had an idea to do a fast forward showing off my commute to work and tried to match it to some cool music. Im away on a business trip for a couple of days now so want to see what other's rides are like.

Pretty happy with the outcome :)

Boo.. you made the video private. You've already seen my commute though. My first video started about a block and a half from home and ended at school.

Someone commented pointing out that filtering is illegal in Germany so my wife set it to private for me. Not entirely sure wether to take it down or just leave it public..

It's too late for that now, it has been public for a short while and I'm sure the authorities have seen it by now. Lube up and get ready because prison life ain't pretty.

wait wait wait filtering is ilegal in germany but they have autobahns that you can go flat out on?
Seems so, ridiculous if you ask me. The number of people that I have seen doing it tells me that nobody cares and I don't intend to stop filtering. (Only a chump would sit there in the rain - especially if their boots had holes in as big as mine!)

Apparently it falls under the law of overtaking on the wrong side. (Also illegal in most places outside of the US). Weirdly though passing a line of traffic at lights is OK as long as you dont enter a turning lane or do it on the wrong side...

I have deleted the video now, its a shame as I was quite proud of the music sync work I did with it. Perhaps I can edit that bit out and re-upload but either way I'm not happy posting video evidence of me doing illegal stuff. (Apparently the penalty is both a fine and points on my license!)

Kind of ridiculous considering I got a speeding ticket in the car recently which cost me the "Princely" sum of 30€...

Pretty much every Vlog I do is on my way to or from work. Same goes with the dashcam compilations. If Interested you can check out my channel, but beware... I am a car vlogger! (POV, you don't have to sit trough video's looking at my ugly mug).

Same here, unless I am at the beach there isn't much scenic riding happening in South Texas. So most of my vloggs are coming or going to work..

will record something today... just for you

as for the filtering being illegal.

out of all criminals out there, why would they go for you?

first they have to catch you. and there are a lot of german you tubers who put wheelie and speeding vids up xD

i wouldn t have made such a huge fuss. they have to prove its you.

I had the same idea last week and uploaded a vid of my commute
about 1 hour in 4 min with music

just cut the beginning and end a bit so that you can t see where i start and finish

I'm sure there are but I went into this (vlogging in general) with a clear mindset as to what I wanted to show. I'm not into pulling wheelies, speeding in moderation is fine by me but a blatant breaking of a law is not. Back home, AFAIK filtering is legal under certain circumstances. Don't get me wrong, I've no plans of stopping flitering. It was pissing it down with rain and my boots leak, that was excuse enough for me :)

Yeah it's probably an overreaction (I'm actually re-rendering it now edited) but I would rather be safe than sorry living in a country where I barely understand the language, I really don't have the energy to deal with any repercussions.

Just blur the filter bits to buggery if not too many...?
