Should I Report a Taxi Driver??

Yesterday i was overtaken by a taxi driver in a 30mph residentail zone when i was doing 30, if it was a normal car i wouldnt think twice after i had sworn at him, but this is a profesional driver, granted a taxi driver, but still. It was caught on video, so should i report him to the relevant authority or not??

for a second you see the top of the speedo, i can see it going through frame by frame, i dont know if its worth it though, or really matters

decided i was just getting over angry at him to vent my frustation at dad refusing to lend me his credit card until the morning so i can order my contour without using my debit card, and there's only 3 left grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

i was going to give him the money straight away
