Hey girls and guys :D

Been working so hard on videos lately I have been slacking on the promo front lol

Do you thinks it's possible to get to 200 by xmas?

Depends...what avenues were you pursuing to promote your content?

Plenty of websites where you can buy subscribers if all you want is to reach a number.

Booo! Views are what really brings in the pennies (or whatever the lowest monetary unit YouTube can get away with)

I think @lupin 's comment was possibly tongue in cheek lol. But yes, get views cos without views the subs mean nothing. Don't worry about stats just yet, just get the hang of creating content that you would watch if it was posted by someone else! :-)

Your content has massively improved since you joined, it has matured and now seems to have a direction. I personally am not into music-vlogs but others are so I don't know how to help you with those, but with your "normal" motovlogs you need to engage your audience, if you were watching, what would make you click the subscribe button?

I thought Lupin was being cheeky too but then I was worried that a young impressionable motovlogger might read that as sage wisdom. Same happened to Anakin Skywalker. Of course we know better than to read jedi graffiti on stall doors but...

Call me Snoke.

If all he wants is to reach a number then just buy it. It’s meaningless in the scope of youtube anyway.

If he actually wants to grow the channel then just make good content and promote that.

Thanks guys, Maybe I posed the question wrong lol

PROMOTE my content to gain subscribers lol

Fuck buying subs that's sad lol

I utilised facebook to get a big jump in subs. I was on 100 3 months back, now almost 250. I realised that my new bike is far more popular in other countries than it is in the UK and a lot of them speak English as a 2nd language (they told me to stop trying to translate to their tongue as I was sounding more like the British secret agent in Allo Allo)

It actually took me from 2014-2016 just to reach 500 subs. Then I started socializing with other motovloggers, and people in general, started posting on Facebook more. It's not even been 12 months since hitting that previous mark and I've grown 600 more subs for a total of 1.1k now.

The power of human interaction shouldn't be underestimated. Especially interaction with other people of influence.

I was just watching your latest vid. With the number of views you are getting on each, I'd say try and work on increasing that before worrying about subs. Where and how are you promoting your videos? and are you using tags that add value and does each of your videos have a title and description that draws people in?

It's good to have goals, but what does the goal relate to? Purely a personal target?

I have never had views or subs goals. The only goal I now have is the 100k mark, and that's ONLY because there's an award given by YouTube, and the other being that it's suddenly not to insanely far away to achieve, otherwise I wouldn't bother at all.
