You all probably know, but I had a pretty nasty off today, while dirtbiking in Spain.
I had been riding extremely well all morning, when half of the group split off, leaving the other half to play around a little.
I went over a pretty large jump, and got about 4 feet of air. I had my camera on my helmet at the time. I landed fine.
After landing, one of the other riders offered to film me do it, for facebook pictures. I went up the jump, faster this time, and got around 6 feet of air. As I landed, I jarred my back, and my left wrist. I fell off, but held on, and as I did that, I pulled on the throttle, opening it fully.
I was dragged on the groud for about 20 feet, before falling off, and rolling a few times.
After I was picked up, I made a few calls (girlfriend, parents brother) and sent texts, to those that I thought should know.
I've hurt my back pretty badly, and my wrist is about three times it's size. I also have grazing from being dragged. I was wearing short MX gloves (I remember friz saying they're not suitable for the road. This is why) I was also wearing full body armour, hence why I'm writing this.
Dirtbiking is fun. But dangerous.
