Not Receiving Email For Youtube Comments

Have you guys come across this? I use to get the emails when people comment on my videos, all of a sudden the emails just stopped coming. I have tried checking on the YT help section, followed the settings guide, but still the same. I haven't raised a case with YT yet, just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

Is it just me, or does YT new notification interface appear to be much crappier than previous. Seems like it's getting worst.

Have you checked your spam folder? Made sure you not getting them?

Its happened once or twice that the email is delayed by a few hours.

I don't get email notifications, actually that is a lie, I just don't monitor the emails from that address lol. I tend to go direct to YouTube on a regular basis and also the app on my phone notifies me too.

+1 This can give instant reply if you like that kind of thing. Also nice to check the app when you have some free time, its got almost everything the browser has.

In Gmail it goes into the Social tab, not Spam, and no it's not in Spam I've checked that.

If on YT, yes I do see that red square alert for notices, that's no issue. But I used to get emails from YT whenever someone comments, those emails have stopped. I don't want instant notices, sometimes when I open the Gmail app, I can see some email in Social so I know there's some comments I'll have to take a look at, but only later on when I'm free.

I use an app called Studio to notify me of new comments. You can also reply from the app.

I reckon you'll need to get a hold of youtube support.
