It does look great but at 29KW of power it would need restricting to fit in with UK 2 year restriction and is not powerful enough to take a Direct Access course on so I dont really see the point... A 250 fits the restriction perfectly so why buy a 300 only to restrict it down by 6bhp... :?

Was very interested when I saw the 250 everyone was expecting turned out to be a 300 yesterday.

I think this is a good choice.

Because it fits into the new law starting in January.
