Newbie looking for an advice!

Hello guys, I beg your pardon if this is not allowed/not here at least. I recently started a motorcycle channel and while I am just starting out, I am doing a bunch of reading about stats etc. and honestly speaking, I am not doing well.

If possible, can you take a look at my channel and videos and tell me a few things I am doing wrong, apparently my content is not really interesting to people at the moment. My general idea is to present the life of a bike rider to people.

I will probably have more success in my own country as there are just a handful of motovloggers here but I decided to aim for a bigger audience.

Welcome to the forum.
With your channel currently being so new (1 month old ish) YouTube still has to work out what/who your audience is, that takes a while of you posting videos so it can see what it is you are making on average.
As for getting growth, most of us on here at least, have done some form of networking, be it joining Facebook groups for the type of bike we have or getting to know other local motovloggers etc.
So my main tips for you would be to watch and meaningfully engage other content creators that you have common stuff with, be it location, bike, style of video. Get on some Facebook groups and make regular posts that are not about your content, and then on occasion slip in a relevant video so as to not spam them. Forums like this can help too, but as with this forum, they don't like spam, so get involved in various topics and discussions on here, or other forums and let them/us get to know you. By the time you have made enough posts on here for example, we will know a bit about you and am sure will all be happy to take a further look at your content that you share with us and sub to your channel.
I notice you have a video that has done a lot better on views than some of the others. They are good vids to bring people to your channel, but you need to give them reason to subscribe, be it more of the same sort of videos, or that they see enough of your personality to like you as a person rather than a creator. I've not watched that video yet, but will take a look in a sec.

TLDR: Be more than a content creator, be a person first by engaging with other owners of the same bike or other content creators.

I have been doing this for a while and I still only have 40 some followers, but I don't let it bother me because I like doing this and cameras. I know my biggest flaw is not engaging on a personal level with the audience that I focus on. I'm kinda camera shy, but one thing that I read from a guy named Gary Vaynerchuk that hit home with me was, do what you like and the viewers will come. Do it often and you will get better at it. I keep trying and I am getting better, but all the high tech gear in the world won't compensate for personality.

I assume your interactions on YouTube are made under your channel id? Is that where you watch videos and such as well? I've got a channel Youtube ID and my personal one. So far all the videos I watch and comments on channels are under the personal login.

Hey I do have both, I mean I started on my personal channel which is 10+ years old but then decided to wipe it all out and make a separate brand new channel. However I do not really effectively switch the profiles when watching videos. Does this matter i.e. should I NOT watch videos from the account where I upload my videos and only use my personal one?

I tend to watch motovlogs and such with my channel account, but others with my personal account. This seperates out the motovlog stuff and personal stuff, and makes it easier to 'remember' to be in the right account for commenting. Is this the right thing to do? No idea, but it makes sense to me.

Nice one. I never liked school history lessons, due to the way it was taught. As an adult I've become more interested in hearing stories from other places from the perspectives of other people and seeing how they fit into what I've been taught about my own country's history.

I've found plenty of channels that way. If someone comments a few times and I remember the name I definitely go to have a look if they have videos.

That is the key, interact on channels you enjoy and with other channels of a similar sized to your own.

No real strategy. If someone engages with me in an entertaining way a few times and I realise it's the same person then I'll have a look to see if they have a channel, find a couple of videos and pop them in the Watch Later list.
