50fps is for indoor use in the UK as it'll match the frequency of the lights (50Hz). 60fps is ideal on bike as it is nice and smooth yet still grabs enough light to pick up details from the shadows. 30fps if riding in the dark but if you go fast at 30fps it can be a bit jumpy.
