Near Decapitation in Brum!

A video of a ride I took yesterday which, although being thoroughly wet, I enjoyed.
Until that is I was coming up behind a lorry, which had it's tail lift down at neck level!!
I missed it by about a foot and It scared the shite out of me!!
The bar-steward was parked in the bus/bike lane on double yellows too!!!
Wonder if I could sue them???? :|

Probably not because it didn't lop your head off - but I'd probably report it to their company. Or someone. Or just write a blog about it or shout at a nearby dog.

I'd be mad, anyway! :x

Yeah that looks scary! Even studying the vid its damn hard to see that tail lift. You need to attach a note in your helmet "if decapitated, post video on youtube before handing to police".
