Previous owner painted the headers.......jerk!

They were probably rusted up though who knows!

From what I can tell, where the paint is flaking off, they look to be in good condition. I will probably pull the exhaust this winter, strip the paint and see what's underneath. Hopefully the metal is in good shape and I can polish the pipes
