Hey there people!

I have done it once or twice, mostly because my job involves learning new Music every week, sometimes i listen to songs while riding to keep them fresh in my mind on way to rehearsals!

What do you guys think? I listen at a low level so i can hear Emergency Vehicles coming, it has never really effected me but i thought there was a point of discussion here!

Cheers

Music while riding?

Yeah, whenever I'm on a ride long enough to warrant it. I forget a lot of the time.
Doesn't make a whole lot of difference to me on or off.

I was listening to music the whole way down to Portsmouth. Like whenever I listen to music, I was singing and humming it back. Loudly.
Thankfully inside my helmet at 70mph I'm the only one who can hear me ;)

Thats exactly what i do :P

Sit there singing away, i did it once in traffic though with my visor open, got some weird looks, i suppose i will stick with drums ;)

I listen to music the majority of my trips even to work, since I live around 7-8 miles away from my house so just makes it less boring :D.

I do have it around 50%ish so like you said little, I can still hear whats coming up.

I used to have headphones as I rode, but my new AGV lid is too tight to wear comfortably!
My birthday present to myself is a Scala Rider G4S so I can have some entertainment on long journeys!

I did have a little shock not to long ago, i thought to myself as i didnt have any problems i may listen a bit louder (It was a bit of Beyonce, dont judge) ;) Anyway, yes i was listening a bit louder and a Police are sped past me, luckily i was over to the left a bit anyway but it shocked me!

Lesson learnt :P

I don't know if it's just me, but the only time I'm ever bored on my bike is on the motorway for 20+ miles.

Otherwise I'm lovin' it 8-)

Its different on 125's  :P

haha i know how you feel!

There is nothing Enjoyable about riding 17 Miles to be locked into a small room with a Diva who thinks she is the best singer in the world and know how to play your instrument better then you :P

I have some music downloaded on my cell for riding, but I only really listen to music when the ride is going to be over 30mins and not in the city. Some motovlogger talks about crashing while listening to music and how much it would suck if you had some crappy song playing in your ear as you fade or something. I think it was Ramekin IIRC.

I used to do it alot, but since picking up my new bike I don't think I ever will again! it just sings! (videos coming soon) :P

:| [<- that's me patiently waiting for the unveiling] :P

I admit, I am little behind on today's Ipods/Mp3 and all that. What would be the best kind for riding? Just something in general that I can put in my pocket and not worry about it falling out or the wire getting caught up.
