Was driving around with the partner tonight and a herd of deer came running out onto the road and nearly drove into them.

1: A lady in traffic pouring clear liquid from a hip flash into her soda.

2: A guy brandishing a pistol from his truck while driving.

I saw a lady with 1 shoe on just stop in the middle of the road when I drove by her. Also saw a lady in a wheel chair driving in the fast lane of a 2 lane per side road backing up traffic. I live in a place where allot of people are on drugs.
