are you able to lube the cable and grease the lever to reduce the stiffness? A heavy clutch can be a real bitch in traffic!

I'll have to try that again but I think I just get fatigued. I really want to swap it over to a hydraulic setup.

you may find re-routing the cable could reduce the friction making it lighter, or even a longer clutch lever which would reduce the force needed against the fulcrum but would increase the amount of distance you would have to pull the lever
