More likes than views on YouTube

So.... I'm not real computer savvy but what's the deal with this... I just popped on a video and it had 189 likes but only 40 views...

How long has the video been up? The view count is very inaccurate in the beginning. I've had more comments than views before when my videos have only been up for an hour or two. Also the view count stops at 301. I guess they don't care about accurate view counts until 301 then they actually audit and verify the views. That's why a lot of videos seem not to get anymore views after they reach 301 and then they jump up later after they've been verified.

Yeah I've seen the 301+ thing before and the video had been posted within a couple of hours. Just genuinely wondering

Hmm all very interesting.
Frozen for half a day to a day?
I've got one that's been frozen for about 3 weeks, and in that time I've gained 150 subscribers.
