When people do this to me my first reaction is "theres nothing wrong with my bike !!!" then i see the po-po and brake heavily

according to "urban dictionary" its a term, actually created by police officers, that stood for "Pissing off a Police Officer". How it came into modern day use is beyond me but sounded kinda cool at the time

I stick an arm out, thumb down. Either that or I flap meaninglessly and probably confuse them.

I put my thumb down a few times or i'll pretend i'm patting a dogs head.

I've been thankful someone has done this, someone did it up in Hawes a couple weeks back, always nice to be told.

First time it happens your like WTF? :S but soon as you see the old bill, you realise why they are flapping around on the bike. Not seen a video on this before. Great stuff buddy.

Someone told me the mobile ones can get you from the front, because they have front facing camera's.

But the person in question talked a lot of crap, so they probably can't.

I've googled it and noone says they do, I had a good look in the front and saw nothing only the camera at the back. By looks of it, they can't do it through a window anyhow, seems they need clear line of sight, possibly for legal reasons. Thats why windows are always lowered, and you can't lower the windscreens in these vans I may be wrong we will see.
