i need to suggest this to our local karting place did they rent the bikes or are they all owned?

We own all of ours! Most pf us have chinese ones that you get either leave as stock or mod then, they are proper proper cheap! Hiring one would be silly really!

The fun we have is stupid but well, fun!

thats about £200 and that seems pretty high for a Chinese one to be honest. in the Uk you can get a decent one for about £100-150 with 30 day parts warranty

If you're OK with a spanner then you can half that cost and willing to take a risk.

MiniMotos are quite popular in the UK so parts are very very easy to get, and cheap

Kinda of yep - you'll get it, unpack it and then look at it and think 'great, something else I'm gonna break a bone with'
