Ditto - and @Dewey316 is sometimes my sounding board... literally. I had a video I'd done a rough cut of, I uploaded it and sent the link [unlisted] to Dewey... and he reminded me that it wasn't up to my normal audio standards, so I deleted it and moved on. Side note: every time I try to record that topic, and it's been 3 times now, the wind is atrocious and makes the video unwatchable.

The only reason I posted it, was @Drakhen99 talked me into it. It was a good lesson for me. During your process of starting out, there will be videos you aren't sure about, and videos that will surprise you at how much people enjoy them, even if you may not think it is the best.
Great post Dewey. This is another awesome reason why if you are unsure of a video at first to still post, post, post even if it's just the "unlisted" status. This gives the flexibility to show a few others what you have created. Who knows it could lead to a great public post like it did for you, and thanks for sharing!

I'm going to have to try my furry dead cat again. I've been using the foam one for the last several months - it worked better in my initial rounds of testing.

It's just a limitation of my vlogging setup ... you can only get so good an audio quality out of a half helmet.

True, true, it may look funny blowing in the wind too but worth a try.

It's hidden - mostly. It's about twice the size of the foamy one I'm using now. I did some A/B tests and found that it didn't work as well, but since I've changed my vlogging rig a bit anyway, it's well worth another look/listen - thanks for reminding me!

Ditto?

As usual, I am not unique LOL.

My most-watched video took 20m to formulate, 20m to film, and < 2 hours to edit, and it's got like 10.5k views LOL. Just a hot topic I guess.
