Live Streamed Motovlogs

Any ideas how this might be possible?
I just saw this and wondered if this kind of technology could help make it happen?
With 4G coverage pretty good now is it feasible?

EE in the UK already sell an Internet camera but it's £15 a month.

It's a good idea - if you have an application for it. Not looked up how much data you get with the EE one, or if you can use that data to tether a tablet when not using the camera.

I think a transmitter would be great that you can stick any SIM in as you can often buy preloaded SIMs quite cheap, then you can broadcast when you please with no commitment to a contract.

I asked the same question a while ago. Gopro has teamed with livestream and Sony with ustream, both can conn via phone tethering. But the options seem pretty narrow for an audience, unless you plan or stunting and kicking cop cars or something...and even a 10gb wireless plan can get eaten up fairly quickly unless you record in black and white and at 480 or something.
