Limited monetization - Why it happens and how to fix?

Hey folks!
(Hope it's OK to ask this kind of stuff here, didn't saw anything when read the rules)

Lately, more and more of my videos has become "Limited monetization".
I didn't change anything
I mostly use the same tags, my content is generally in the same area/topic/them

I've seen a video that say that maybe may tags are at fault, so i tried to remove all tags.
this helped on one video, but not on all of them.

So, my questions are:
1. Do you have some methodical system to try and understand why I can't monetize?
2. Do you know some way to contact YouTube on this topic?

I know I can ask them to review each and every video, but they only do that if I have more than 1,000 views in the past 7 days, and for me it's not the case.

I've had a couple flag up too. I edited the tags which got one back to normal. The tags on that were "rev bomb" & I think the bomb bit was the problem. Unless the video was a throw away vid then I always request a manual review even if it hasn't hit the 1k views.

On the first one I asked to be reviewed, nice to know I'm not the only one who "tries anyway"
regarding tags, I tried to remove all of them.... for one video it worked, on the other not.

Guess it's a trial and error game....
