legalize lane splitting

Lane splitting or filtering is one reason why I love the UK lol

Thats one of the main reason I prefer to ride every day rather than buy a car and keep the bike for weekends and hot days.. If I couldn't filter in London, I would not ride as much as I do.

If they banned filtering in the UK it would be like taking the jam out of the donuts

After Filtering/Splitting for over 25+yrs, and the off duty/retired cops i sometimes ride with. Well lets just say, ill respect the Law when an officer 'Off-duty' does!!

Friggn back at Grade-school!! "Your being naughty, im telling", but yet contradicting their actions later!!

Ill just continue in-front of the UN-SKILLED/UN-TRAINED DRIVERS!!!!!! Lookin for the idiots just waiting to pull-out on me?
Get ALLLLLLLLLLLL those Cagers OFF the road who CANT 'Operate' their vehiocle properly, lets just say we wouldnt have to Filter, coz 60% of drivers would be catchin a Bus?

There was a recent campaign by the motorcycle risers association in Australia for legalising it. They were advertising it a lot on the net. Fingers crossed that it does become legal as they had lots of great facts backing up the safety reasons for it.

For legalising filtering, not lane splitting. Dont confuse them.

Filtering is going past slower traffic and getting round stuff

Lane splitting is pretty much going the same speed but white lining between cars, I'm not a fan of this one and won't do it.

Lane splitting could be seen as undertaking which is illegal and actually dangerous

what about in slow/stationary traffic where you are still lane splitting technically (on dual carriage ways)
