This is exactly why the video shouldn't be uploaded. If anyone did decide to do anything (especially before the police decide to do anything), BikerSpeedTriple could get in hot water about inciting it - depending on how he goes about listing the video.

Wellll.....

Wasn't able to speak to anyone on Friday so went in first thing today. The officer said that based on my description (before seeing the video) she would probably recommend not going further, but that if anything happened in the future, they would be able to refer to the case as recorded.

After seeing the video, she was very impressed and said they would certainly be able to do something based on that which would most likely result in a caution or something like that. I'm still thinking about whether it's worth pursuing. As they said, if something happened in the future with this person, the video would still be useful.

With that in mind, I'm not going to make the video public (anyway, some of my family watch my videos and I'd get an earful about how worried they are about me!). I have uploaded it (unlisted) so if anyone really wants to see it, I'll send you the link and you can see what you think.

I would advise you to take it down asap if there is anything it it that can identify you, it only takes one person to republish it (as you know can be copied and uploaded very quickly elsewhere).

Not trying to worry you but just be a little careful. OR go the full hog and make it available to everyone and makes some dosh off it!

Nothing in the video could identify me. I thought about the possibility of making some money off it (might compensate a little for being in that situation), but if it went viral and these guys saw it, that could cause more problems.

I'll probably take it down by tomorrow anyway.

i don't so pose it was a greenish 4x4? i had a driver almost knock me off in Sutton and the driver was geting right moody with me and he had a lad with him calling me a c**t and a w***er i was gob smacked little lad speaking light that in front of his dad =0 outrageous

Was a silver 4x4. The lad was probably late teens (though not easy to tell). They said they didn't care about anything because they were travellers. My main reaction was that people shouldn't feel they can get away with intimidating people like that. Now, I'm calming down and just hoping Darwin will take care of them... :roll:

I think you did enough to get your point across, but sadly even a visit from the Police won't make them change their ways, so it's all a bit of a lost cause.

In 40 odd years Ive managed to never have anyone throw a punch my way. I prefer my method to your ninjitsu.
I would just publish the video with an anonymous account and forget about it. Darwin, Karma, whatever you want to call it will run its course.
