Joining A Yt Studio?

I'm looking for advice on joining a youtube studio. I know there are a bunch out there. I've been getting contacted by a few...but dunno if I should join. I'm sure it's a robot that scrapes views...I doubt they actually watch my vids. I know they work on commission but I'm not really doing this for monies. I only have a little over 200 subs w/ 60k something views. If I get some monies at the end of the month for a bar tab great but I don't wanna get locked into something weird.

Anyways, have any of you done this? I see some medium size vloggers with it but dunno if it's worth signing my content over? Of course they promise more views.

By youtube message sir. :)

The little button in the "about" section let's people basically send you an email through YT hehe.

Ah, got 'ya :D . I've never put anything in that field on YouTube because I've always assumed that I would get spammed through it :p . I'd be careful because it's usually the big guys on YouTube who gets those offers. You never know... someone might be trying to put out a fishline for you to hook on so that they could do something not-too-nice  ~.....

Not saying that you aren't big and all, but I'm referring to the 50,000-sub people... don't get me wrong ;) ~.....

I was partnered on my gaming channel, they make you take a 1 year contract... In all honesty it's not worth it until you get like 1k subs and you get like 10k views a month. you get paid pennies.

SAH, how does that make it worth it? I don't have that many subs, I have managed views that break that threshold though views p/m. I guess I'm wondering if it'll grow the channel? How do they find people to watch the vids anyways? It all seems weird to me. Unless it's like Machinima or something that takes your stuff, publishes it as theirs on their own channel. Then I guess you can call it more views but it's not yours so to speak anymore.

Yeah the views are what make the money, it's really hard though... I would suggest using SocialBlade, you can use to monitor daily views and the 'estimated' amount of money you make per day... if you break that threshold that is awesome. I am jealous for sure! exposure doesn't happen when you hit a partner. It's all about how you take your channel and run with it... Social media like this is a hugeeeee bump... I made a couple friends already on this and gain all my subs from here too... So I mean you can join a network but really they don't do much as you might think.

People find your videos based on TAGS... Tags are what Google and YouTube use as search engine. So for example if you type in SenorAssshat in YouTube or even Google you will find everything I ever posted because my main tag is SenorAsssHat. Same with for example music, the artist name goes first therefore that comes up when you start to type... The more tags you add the less effective they become the further down the list you go. If you have 100 tags the first tag is the priority and the 100th tag is like the dirt...

I hope that answered your questions... IF you have anymore please post them here it is good for everyone too see :)
