In March 2014, I rented a BMW G650GS in Japan and set off on my own from Tokyo to tour the Izu Peninsula and Hakone by Mt. Fuji. Within 48 hours and over 500km, I managed to ride the Toyo Tires Turnpike, Ashinoko Skyline, Hakone Skyline and the majestic Izu Skyline.
