Was out a couple of weeks ago in the Dales to watch my youngster in a fell run, my speedo cable came unstuck and I lost the insides, and on the way back, passing by the beautiful green fertile land of ours, it struck me how ou rlives were so different from others in the world, and the problems we have are nowhere near the same level of those in other lands.
