Baby Sea turtles aside, I think its just a lack of common sense to through trash anywhere but it's assigned place. It happens a lot back home. Don't know how long you've been abroad. I aim guilty of it myself......BUT!!!! I pledge NOT to do it ever again....Shotokan1965
