Mmm to be honest I think best would be a 360 on your tank and a chinmount camera on your helmet. This way you get the regular vlog feel but also get a perspective at anything funny/interesting that happens around you. Just the 360 in a video as a VR thing would possibly take a lot of interesting editing possibilities: you wouldn't be able to edit it in a way that you focus the attention of the viewer to certain things, etc. It'd be a passive video editing in a way. Would work for any tour/guide or event videos but wouldn't work for casual vlogs
