I've found a loophole too all I have to do is go back to France for a couple of day's holiday and technically it'll restart the 12 months allso means no faffing with insurance untill it becomes dirt cheap here

I'm only insured for 30 days total a year in a foreign country. Unless you've got UK insurance or some magical French policy?

i think he means he would have to get a uk plate he will have a policy for the uk and not france or have i got that wrong?

I checked, I'm insured upto 6 months at a time in any foreign country, so as long as I go back on Xmas and for a week in summer I'm all good
