I Keep Losing Subs ?

ok so iv been gaining a lot of subscribers lately but they don't seam to stick around can any one tell me what im doing wrong iv lost alot of subscribers in the last 24 hours and i don't know what im doing wrong any advice ???

No new content? I recommend you look weeks, 1 week minimum, not 24 hours. A 24-hour time bracket can be a very temporary spike

And, people are fickle. But yeah, have a weekly purpose vlog, and add something else for fluff during the rest of the week. Fresh content is the key, at least for me to stay subb'd. Knowing there is something coming on a mostly regular basis I keep going back and watching.

Everyone behaves differently, you can use the Analytics to figure out the trend/pattern, but mostly people are just people. They will sub and un-sub for their reasons. My advise would be to just let it slide, and continue doing your thing, see the viewer's feedback, and improve based on them.

You'll find someone will sub because of one vlog, but when they realise the others are different and not to their taste, then they will unsub.

Just how it goes. Personally I'd be looking for increased interaction on your vids, that'll do you better long term than subs who don't watch. I've got 350 subs, loose rule of thumb, I get 40 views in the first 48h, 100 within 5/7 days and the rest trickle in up to 150/200. So I've way more subs that viewers, which almost means I've got 100 dormant subs that don't do anything.

But there's a core of people that comment and like, and I get fresh faces commenting too, so I'm happy. Numbers mean nothing, look for words! :)

People sub and unsub. That's just how it is. I will often times sub after seeing one good video, so that I can check the rest out later. If I don't like it, I'll unsub again

I'm with Marbro_za on that. you may be overkilling on vids. Sometimes it's better to leave people wanting more. Set a certain day to release vids and keep the format fairly consistent on those. Nothing wrong with making more, but schedule them for later release instead of putting them out right away, unless the information is just super important or it's a really stand-out vid that you know is going to attract a wide audience (car wrecks, epic fails, crazy stuff that happens) If you do any incidental type stuff, keep it really short, as in a minute or less and make sure it's a lot different than your regular content.

sometimes people move on to different things and they will unsub. That's OK and just part of the process. Sometimes people will have their account go inactive and it will get closed or maybe they pissed off YouTube, or simply closed their own account. That's OK too.

General rule of thumb is that roughly 10% of your total subs would actually view your videos. I don't know why, but it seems to be sort of true.

These numbers are based on real subs numbers, not those computer generated/hacked/cheat/whatever-you-call-it ones.

So for example if you have 1k subs, the average views per video would generally be somewhere around 100 views, not counting the odd/unusual ones, like a crash or police chase or wheelie spamming (if those are not your usual videos), etc.

Do you have a few vids that are more popular than another? Check out those vids and see if the vibe or subject matter is different. Maybe they came for one thing and now see a lot of another?

I'd say that's about right. I get a little less than that sometimes, but a large percentage of my subs came from one video and I think those people are waiting for me to almost get killed again.

I'd drop down to 1 a week, you can overload viewers as well. I unsubbed walteriffic because he put out videos multiple times a week that were all the same content just recycled.
