Yeah, as well as the random grazes you get everywhere and a big lump on my forearm. It's recovering pretty quick though, it's the day after and i can type now and move my arm about 50% of normal, but still got no strength in it (no change there then ). Just feels similar to when i ripped some cartilage in my knee Should be better by the weekend
