I Am Really Struggling To Get Quality Audio! Advice Needed Please!

So to go with my last post, I've embedded my last video SKIP TO 4m7s for the relevant info. the 1st clip I'm going 110km/h (68mph) and the one after I'm accelerating up to 100km/h (62mph) that is all with the setup I put earlier (with a Shoe Hornet X2) Hopefully this can help you Mr R Rider Sir!

I don't use the boom mic that came with my sena - can I just plug it into the adapter i have for the 3.5mm to gopro?

The gopro audio adapters are friggin cheap on amazon. Go big, get the gold plated one lol. That's what I did. I don't have to tape mine though, pretty snug fit.

I kinda have the same problem I have a mini lapel mic and my exhaust is all I get I don't have a chin wind canceling thing that might be my problem and help for me would also be wonderful

So, I've only tried one mic setup, but I have a wired mic from a SENA bluetooth kit in mine. I have the same issue with the chin area being really close to my face, so no room to work. The SENA mic is flat like a watch battery and comes with velcro to attach it. I've got mine right in the front next to the air vent. I get 0 wind noise. My main issue is that it picks up my sniffles, which I apparently have a lot of.

I did have to custom wire the mic to connect to the GoPro though as it came with a proprietary plug. So, it's not a PnP solution.

You never find out how you breath or sniff or cough until everything is recorded. I have had many comments that I should not be riding because I breath to heavy or that I am always wore out. When in fact the mic was just in the place where it picked up my breath.
