:shock: I would've definitely crapped myself. When something like that happens, I think you'll only have time to react instinctively. That would be where riding experience would come in handy.
Honestly, I think even if he had hit it head on he would come through it fine as long as he didn't panic. It would be different if it was box springs. :geek:
