How to create YouTube thumbnails

LOL, when was this? I never saw this. You should just keep it unlisted so we can decide for ourselves, lol. Sounds like something that just needs a disclaimer in the description box.

The video is still live... it's my 28-minute long ride video with "Someone stole my bike!" in the TN and "Sugarloaf Mountain" in the title.

I have been publishing like 4 vids per week, and did 7 this past week... one per day, so I'm not surprised people missed some of them

You should space out the videos more, it might make it easier to for subs to catch all them, you can still upload them just put them in playlists unlisted, or you can make them private (but I like making them "unlisted" so I can share them with friends before making them public). The nice thing about unlisted is, it does not send notifcations out to everyone, but once you make them public it then sends notications to the "bell" users. Then make them pulbic when the time is right. Some weeks I wont make videos or some weeks I'll make 5 people. But I try to shoot for 1-2 a week. PLUS, I think if you make too many public videos in a row, even if people are subbed and are supposed to get notifications, I don't think Youtube will send out the notifications everytime. Part of the reason I like to shoot for 1-2 public videos a week.

Right now, I have 5 videos uploaded & scheduled. I just had a few things I wanted to get out there this week, and then I had an idea for a #short, which took about 20m to edit and render, so I did that one, and then I did a couple of vlogs that I thought would be neat back to back, so I posted them all I try to keep 3 or 4 scheduled, but most of the time I have 6-8 scheduled, 2 per week - which is my normal schedule.

I am currently working on 3 or 4 "series" videos, which will be 7-9 videos once they're edited down. I'm only sure of one series, which will be 3 videos total, but the rest are a "who knows", as usual. On top of that, I have a couple of off-bike videos I want to film & edit, so I'll be doing that this week, in addition to editing the aforementioned videos, so at some point at the end of this month, I should have content going into June 15th or so, at a 2/week pace.

I think I have ONE on my 'LandyVlad' channel. (as opposed to 'LandyVlad Rides')
