I try for 2 per week, Tuesday and Friday just because if I do not have a schedule for myself I will get lazy haha. At the same time I don't sweat it if I miss one of the days.

To be honest, my opinion on this may jar with a few uploaders.
I have been a musician for many decades, have been involved in many creative pursuits and I think the motovloggers are really SATURATING the feeds with content, perhaps without good reason.
For example, when I create a new piece of music, I will wait about a week and then listen again with fresh ears. Then I may make changes to improve it.
After that comes mixing and producing - again I will mix and produce and then wait again about a week to listen with fresh ears and re-assess just how good it is.
When I was a lot younger I would thrash the music out and mix it and put it out there ASAP, but often wished I hadn't as later on I would see how I could improve it, and - if you have made a CD or Album, you will hear that imperfection over and over until it really grates on you.
Similarly when I do a vlog I will edit it and do a first draft and then leave it a while (even a day will do) and then watch it again and make improvements. Final edit has the same process applied.
The intention is only to upload quality stuff (not saying I do - just that I TRY to ;) )
I sorely wish that the 400+ channels I try to follow would do the same, I would much rather see (and would find it easier to watch and comment properly on...) less uploads with really interesting content edited well.
So - come on you massive content uploaders - give me your best, not your hurried efforts please :)

I publish on per week. If i have a special video or a half vlog come up, i'll release it as well as a standard vlog so people aren't cheated from their weekly dose of me! narcissism!

This is very true... not to say that people upload utter crap but i think we could all just edit something, leave it a couple of days, watch it back and then upload it if youre still happy with it.

I wouldn't want to put a schedule on myself. If I get a bunch of interesting clips I'll edit them out and upload, or if I have something that I want to share I'll do it too. Other than that it starts becoming a chore and you end up uploading bad content.

I've got 3 in the hole, one randoms nearly finished (may well be finished with the last few days out), and a couple of other uploads awaiting editing... I don't like being too far behind, but I'd like to think I have something in the wings in case I'm away for a couple of weeks. My content is like buses. Nothing for ages and a load of it comes at once :)

I personally think any more than twice a week is too much. Your regular subscribers may have trouble keeping up with that and your creativity may slip through just pumping out vids, one after the other.

I aim for at least one per week, but sometimes do two a week if something special is going on. It also depends on how much content I have.
If I get a backlog, then I aim for a couple per week to keep the footage somewhat fresh for the viewer. :)
