How many of you check your inbox?

Recently went to send a PM to someone on YouTube and found that I had a few PMs months old that I didn't even know were there... as in Google+ didn't tell me.

http://www.youtube.com/inbox <-- will bring you to your inbox, not mine.

And in order to get to my inbox from the front page of YouTube (without having to type in the address bar... because I am not an animal) the only way I can think of doing it is by clicking on a random YouTuber, click on their "About" tab, click "send message" and then go to my inbox.

Am I missing something?
 
errr woops.... found a few!

most i knew... some i didnt... and some i dont even recognise!! ah well
 
wtf is a contact .. and why are people adding me as one? .. i dont recognise their names either!!! :confused:

I get an email when there's a message and I use the link in the email, but I think your right, there's no button in your own youtube setup. I guess inbox will be gone completely before long.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just 1 unread message by RoyalJordanian.
Since the merge of g+, now all PM's are delivered to the google inbox or notified by the bell on yt.

WTH is a google inbox? I was expecting that I would be notified on my YT with the bell, which is why I never checked my inbox, but they don't.

Erm.... I didn't even know I had one... how do I find out what it is? I assume it came with the integration of YouTube and GooglePositive
 
Not the G+ app guys .. The Gmail one that also links into it .. If you at some point signed up for a gmail account... Then you can set it to notify you also of comments and stuff on g+/yt ..... It's 'great' .. You get a note from YT .. Then you get a popup from g+ .. AND you get a reminder from Gmail.... Just in case you forgotted!!! :p:rolleyes:;)

Yep, thats pretty much how it will stay sadly,

Google+ does everything apart from personal messages, altho you cans till do that via Google+ to Google+ if you get me,
