How did you find your name for your motovlog channel?

Mine was pretty simple. My name is Mike B. so ghetto spelling would by MYKB for the first part. The numbers come from me being the first one in my family to graduate high school and that was in 93. So throw it all together and you get MYKB93.
 
I posted a video talking about it, but my new name basically means, "I move, therefore I exist." Moto Ergo Sum. Ties into my Philosophy background.

I didn't start the channel to be anything about motovlogging, it was just to post up riding videos, somehow or rather it started to grow, and I ventured into motovlogging partly due to requests from some of the viewers.

Long story short, the origin of the channel name was actually a miss-spelled "signboard" to "sighbored" by a friend in a text message, I had to read the text three times to understand the meaning of it and laughed my a$$ off. I was looking for Gmail email so I just decided to use it.

Ironically I designed the logo BEFORE the Gmail/name existed and so happen that it matches up with the name (looking like some road sign), talk about coincidence. If only that worked out for me striking the jackpot. Darn. Can't win them all.

I just tried to think of something possibly catchy that hadn't been used. I often get accused of being the guy who runs kids off his lawn when I get old and crusty so I figured I must be cranky sometimes.
 
For me people have always called me crazy for riding in the winter a day or two after a snow fall, I just laugh and tell them that is separates the men from the boys, and so I wanted crazyness to be in there and i'm about anything with 2 wheels sport bike, supermotos, adventure, all of the above, so I had to think about it for a while and 2WheelManiac popped in my head and I couldn't find a reason not to use it. and it was available on most social media with out any serious changes needed. The2WheelManiac or 2WheelManiacRides so there it is.
 
My is easy as well,

I aleady had a channel named: Meifesto.
So to make a motorvlogging channel name was easy, if only google+ wouldn't be such a pain in the arse back then.

So i ended up with: Meifesto Twowheels.
Which I also like and it sounds rolling ;)
 
I started out with making random video's and I didn't vlog at all, started vlogging only recently and still make the random vids so it's more than the vlogs. I don't think that "records" is correct. I think it should have been "recordings" but well yeah. It's like "I'm loving it" from mcdo, not right but it sounds ok :P
 
ive thought about making a video about this exact topic acutally haha when i first started playing video games, i was going through tons of names trying to find the right one, utnil i eventually landed on SmooThCrimin4L for all of my online names. i had a YT channel as SmooThCrimin4L for a while, tried to jump on the video game wagon but didnt quite have the drive to continue posting those vids. i just liked playing. then i came across this whole motovlogging thing and spent a little while trying to come up with a new name. i was a Marine, and without doing any research like i should have (and eventually coming across SergeantMarkins) i chose SergeantR6. i get a little iffy about my choice sometimes, but oh well, the way i see it is its just a name lol good topic though

Out and about with Lupz was born.
 
I finally got sick of trying to come up with a good name for my channel and was eating a McDonalds Hunger Buster meal at the time so I thought "meh, why not...".
And the rest is history haha.
One thing I kind of regret is the vlogs part of my channel name. While it helps with letting people know what to expect on my channel in a way it limits my videos a bit.
I would like to include some different experimental videos but I feel like my channel should be focused on vlog(ish) type videos.

I think as long as your videos are mostly Vlogs you should be fine. other then the name you need a value statement, Mine is Ride - Crash - Build - Repeat so its lets people know what to expect, but if can broaden things up because this is motorcyclist life so I can put in some life events and things or at least I think so.

in all reality, its your channel, you can do as you please. however, i do agree with the name being something that people can read and have an idea of what is to come. however, there are big channels with names that have nothing to do with their content. just do you, if people like it then theyll watch
