Whats the world coming to when you can't even take your eyes off the road for a second to stare at a jogger?

Couldn't tell you how many times I've had some twit on their cellphone (texting, calling, watching porn-- who knows anymore) turn in front of me, or unknowingly drift into my lane, etc... I had some hope that the increased fines etc here would make a difference, but it seems like people are only getting worse.

Glad nothing came of it...
