I have the as100v and love it but only use it for other stuff or family videos. I haven't found a mount I like for the helmet.

I just stick mine to my helmet with 3M dual lock. Cheap, super strong and quick to take on and off.

To answer your question, it depends. GoPro has the better image but the Prism give you voice notifications thru your sena device. Just do your research

I don't like this method because I can't get the angle right on my helmet.

I think I may go with a hero4 in the near future. I already have a regular sena so might as well focus on the image quality instead. If only sony made better mounts for helmets I would just use my as100v I don't like how it sticks out so far and draws attention though.
