Alright so my clutch peg holder on my 2001 zx6r broke and I would rather not spend $75 to replace a small piece of metal. Is there anyone out there with any suggestions other than welding it back together. I've tried using the JB Weld but it broke instantly. Please help

That kind of cheap, cast metal part is very hard to repair. JB Weld and other epoxies probably aren't going to work terribly well either. For $75 I'd just replace it. Trying different things to repair it will add up quicker than you think, and now you don't just have a broken part, but rather a broken part that's covered in dried epoxy, which just makes further repair efforts more difficult.

a part like a foot hanger you dont want to repair just replace you never know when it will re snap off if you try and fix it

I talked to the mechanic at work about repairing cast aluminum parts. He just laughed at me and said replace it.

try and find a parts yard u can go pull it off another bike is a cheaper way to go as well. good luck
