Has anyone else noticed a significant drop off in views and subscribers this year?

Maybe my motovlogs just suck or its because I've been posting less often but my views went from like 40-100 views to like 4-10

Well maybe it's just me. I hope it picks up, I gained about 20 subs this year on my first video and lost 3 last week. And views have been way down. Despite me promoting on instagram and twitter. Which I didn't do last year

I don't know if I agree with that. I know a ton of youtubers that have great content and get no where. And some with terrible content who get a to of subs.

I'd say promotion brings them in, content keeps them coming back

Need more subs and views? I recommend almost getting killed!

I got hit by a van a couple of months ago and the attention has gotten me about 200 subs and a slight increase in views for my other vids.

For an encore I plan to drive off a cliff.

Promotion helps get them to your channel, quality keeps them coming back (subscribing).

However, I've noticed that the people I'm subbed to seem to be putting less out (collectively), but I'm putting less out as well, I'm just not getting any decent time to make a video, although ive had less to say it seems this year, no idea why...

i've been trying to focus more on editing and content (although I suck at editing) but I haven't been able to ride as much because of the weather here
