GPS file to Map?

Has anyone used some kind of software or website to plot GPS files onto a map to get the route with timestamps etc?
The general idea I had in mind was to record the ride using either a GPS app on the phone or my Coros Pace 3 (which has some 25+ hours of battery life) and then use the data from that to create a Google Map / Open Street Map sort of visualisation or animation to showcase the ride route, stops along the way etc...

Last trip I did, I had a tracking app running on my phone, when ever I was riding. Later I just used google maps to re-create the line and animated it with google earth studio.
Probably would be more convenient when you can export the tracking, in to an universally accepted file, but the tracking app I used did not do that. I just allowed me to look at the map later.
